What is Confluence Desk?
An AI trading analyst plus a strategy library graded on honest forward records. It reads charts structure-first (trend, key levels, fibs), grounds its answers in live data and news, and — unusually — keeps score of every call it makes, wins and losses alike.
Is this financial advice?
No. Confluence Desk is a decision-support tool. It never touches your money, never executes trades, and its reads are inputs to your decision. All trades are at your own risk, in your own brokerage. Read the full disclaimer.
How does the AI form its view?
Structure first: trend across timeframes, the levels that actually matter, and — before anything else — where the trade would be wrong. Entry and stop come before targets. Event and macro context are layered on top, and a stack of deterministic gates (calibration, expectancy, source credibility, data sufficiency) can veto or downgrade any call before you ever see it.
Why do you show losing trades?
Because a track record you can trust has losses in it. Every AI call is scored against what actually happened and published — the numbers you see include the misses. Our rule: a backtest can only propose; the live forward record disposes. If a strategy doesn't beat a dumb baseline, its page says so.
What do the strategy badges mean?
Candidate = logging signals, no verdict yet. Provisional = has a record (often backtest-based) but unproven live. Proven = cleared the bar on its live forward record — enough trades, a real edge over a random-entry baseline. Most strategies never earn Proven. That's the point: an honest shelf fills slowly.
Can it trade for me automatically?
No. You can follow strategies and get entry/stop alerts by push notification, but execution is always yours, in your own broker account. Auto-execution may come later; honesty about the record comes first.
Where does the data come from?
Live quotes and historical bars from institutional market-data providers, news from wire and RSS sources (ranked by credibility — low-credibility sources can't trigger trade calls), SEC filings, and macro series. Panels state how fresh their data is rather than pretending everything is real-time.
What does it cost?
Confluence Desk is free while in beta. Paid tiers will be announced before anything changes — no surprise charges, and there's nothing to cancel.
Is there a mobile app?
The web app installs to your home screen today, with push notifications. A native iOS app is in the works.
How do I delete my account or data?
Email [email protected] from your account email and we'll delete your account and associated data. Self-serve deletion is coming. See the Privacy Policy for what we store.
